Experience
Tina has been a member of the Once Upon a Time team since July 2013.
Tina graduated from Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada in 2003 with an Early Childhood Education diploma. She then furthered her studies at University of Western Ontario to obtain a degree in Childhood & Family Relations with a minor in Psychology in 2007.
She is fully trained in Child CPR & First Aid and has worked across the various age ranges during the summer and Christmas holidays at ACE Nursery since 2002 then became a full-time staff member in 2008. She stayed on while it became Woodrose and now Once Upon a Time. In 2012 she became a Deputy Head Teacher.
She is a responsible, hardworking individual who enjoys nurturing, teaching and caring for the children. She contributes to their development and physical growth, knowing that this helps them to achieve certain goals. She has very strong communication, leadership and organisational skills. She appreciates the help and support from parents, as together they help enhance the child’s life in their future endeavours.
One day she wishes to open her own Nursery/Preschool.
