Experience
I started my career with children by babysitting in middle school, and have loved working with children ever since! While attending Bermuda College I worked as the Afterschool Supervisor at Gilbert Institute Primary School. I then moved on to Assistant Supervisor for BEARS Afterschool Program at Warwick Academy. I am a graduate of Bermuda College with an Associates Degree in Human Services (Early Childhood Education), and am CPR and First Aid certified.
I enjoy taking a creative approach to learning and pride myself on being highly organized. My belief is to be flexible with the children, but to set the standard high and help them prepare academically, socially and emotionally for their future. I also believe in giving respect to the children to in turn win their respect.
Kyrah has been employed at Once Upon A Time since September 2015.
In the future I hope to become a grade school teacher after completing my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education.
